Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak with The Arenthian in the Sailor's Fluke in Anvil about three marks.
2. Obtain 1x Glass, 1x Raw Ebony and 1x Dwemer Coherer from (e.g.) the ship Hearthrend, docked in Anvil.
   • Bring 1x Glass to Cassandra Verach in the Temple of Dibella Estetica: Auditorium.
   • Bring 1x Ebony to Tiledorus Cadmerius in Fort Telodrach's Navarch's Tower
   • Bring 1x Dwemer Coherer to Lerenis Muralius in Goldstone's Great Hall.
3. Return to The Arenthian.

Detailed Walkthrough

Immediately on handing over a golden anvil to him, The Arenthian will ask you to seek out three marks and convince them to invest in the fictional Black Isle Company. He asks you to bring samples of the company's supposed inventory to named individuals - Tiledorus Cadmerius, Cassandra Verach and Lerenis Muralius. He names the Hearthrend as a place where these samples can be obtained, but you can get them from anywhere - including Vvardenfell itself.

Hearthrend (if you wish to rob it) is docked outside the East Empire Company warehouse. You'll find the items required behind a level 80 locked door in the hold. You can also buy the items from Corethyn Surano at the East Empire Company office in the city, which isn't very thievy but does get the job done.

Once the items have been acquired, speak to the marks. Cassandra is in the Temple of Dibella Estetica's Auditorium area, at the top. Tiledorus is in the Navarch's Tower of Fort Telodrach. Lerenis is in the Great Hall of Goldstone (specifically, the room on the top floor of that area). Speak to each about the Black Isle Company, and if you have the relevant item in your inventory, they'll commit to investing.

After all three have agreed to invest, report back to The Arenthian to complete the quest and move onto the final stage of the scam.
