Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak with The Arenthian in the Sailor's Fluke in Anvil about jobs and Saint Emmellia.
2. Retrieve the Captain's Logbook from the cabin of Saint Emmelia, west of Archad.
3. Bring the logbook to Lanard Dubroc in the Wayfarer Building in Anvil.
4. Return to the Arenthian to receive your cut.

Detailed Walkthrough

The Arenthian has paid off some of the crew of the Saint Emmelia to beach the ship, so that he can claim on the insurance policy. Unfortunately, the crew crashed it near a goblin cave, and were forced to abandon the vessel without taking the logbook needed to make the claim. The Arenthian tasks you with retrieving that logbook.

To reach the wreck, you can fast travel to Archad and head west along the riverbank, or else go the shoreline east of Anvil, and continue walking east inland. The logbook you need is in the ship's cabin. Defeat the goblins within and take the Captain's Logbook from the desk in the first room.

You next need to take this logbook to Lanard Dubroc in the Wayfarer Building. He'll want to see it, and will then hand over 3,000 gold in compensation. Bring this to The Arenthian, and you'll keep a 500 gold cut.

100	Finishes quest	The Arenthian thanked me for delivering the insurance money and took the Guild's cut.
101	Finishes quest	The Arenthian was livid that Lanard Dubroc died. He has no more jobs for me.
