Quick Walkthrough[edit]
- Talk to Solvus Orrich in Goldstone's Great Hall about duties and Conomorus Crypt.
- Go to Conomorus Crypt and read the Crumpled Letter carried by Talia Ronos.
- Report back to Solvus.
Detailed Walkthrough[edit]
Solvus Orrich has received reports of intruders in Conomorus Crypt. As this is the future resting place of the Queen, he suspects that they are attempting some kind of political statement. He'll give you directions, instructs you to defeat the two intruders, and will ask you to discover their motivations.
The crypt entrance is just to the west of the graveyard that sits immediately to the north outside of Anvil's walls. You'll find the two intruders in the southeast of the crypt's interior. Defeat them and then search the body of Talia Ronos. She carries a Crumpled Letter. Take it and read it - your journal will update. You can now report back to Sorrus. He suspects that the intruders' employer, a mysterious PV mentioned in the letter, wished to determine whether the missing King Claudius had been secretly interred in the crypt. He'll pay you 150 gold for your work.
- Only one Kingdom of Anvil member has the initials 'PV', being Polonius Victrus - he comes up again later.

I found a letter on one of the intruders in Conomorus Crypt. It contains instructions from 'PV' to check whether any of the urns in the crypt's southeastern chamber are filled. |
