Stygian is an overland set that drops in Coldharbour. It cannot be crafted. Pieces are Draugr Style in Medium Armor.

Bonuses

2 items: Adds 3-129 Weapon and Spell Damage
3 items: Adds 3-129 Weapon and Spell Damage
4 items: Adds 34-1487 Offensive Penetration
5 items: When you leave Sneak or invisibility while in combat, your Weapon and Spell Damage is increased by 8-369 for 15 seconds.

The set consists of medium armor and jewelry in all slots, as well as weapons and shields of all types. Unique pieces include:

• Black Forge Blade, the quest reward of Vanus Unleashed in the Daedric Style.
• Blood-Red Brogans, the quest reward of The Harvest Heart in the Nord Style.
• Bow of Penumbra, the quest reward of An Unusual Circumstance and The Shadow's Embrace in the Wood Elf Style.
• Dungeon-Delving Mantle, the quest reward of The Library of Dusk in the Dark Elf Style.
• Everfull Girdle, the quest reward of Special Blend in the Nord Style.
• Fighters Guild Visor, the quest reward of Into the Woods in the Khajiit Style.
• Hist Bark Hide, the quest reward of Wisdom of the Ages in the Argonian Style.
• Morrowind Vambraces, the quest reward of The Anguish Gem in the Dark Elf Style.
• Stygian Cirterisse's Vampiric Staff, a unique drop from Cirterisse, the final boss of Aba-Loria in the High Elf Style.
• Stygian Forgefire's Brutal Blade, a unique drop from Haman Forgefire, the final boss of The Vault of Haman Forgefire in the Nord Style.
• Stygian Marwoleath's Torment, a unique drop from Marwoleath, the final boss of The Wailing Maw.
• Stygian Nerazakan's Fascination, a unique drop from Nerazakan, the final boss of The Grotto of Depravity in the Daedric Style.

Drop Locations

Zones drop pieces from their sets:

• Delve bosses drop a waist, foot, or unique item piece.
• Overland bosses drop a head, chest, leg, weapon, or unique item piece.
• Public dungeon bosses (including champions) drop a shoulder, hand, weapon, or unique item piece.
• Chests at World Events, most commonly Dark Anchors drop a jewelry set piece.
• Treasure chests have a chance to grant any set piece that can drop in that zone; the chance is increased by having the Treasure Hunter champion perk.
• Zone story quest rewards are often part of overland sets.

Dropped items range from Fine quality to Epic quality, while Legendary quality items must be obtained via improvement or purchased from Adhazabi Aba-daro.

7.1.5

• This set now grants hybrid stats rather than exclusively Magicka based stats.
• Its 4-piece bonus is now Offensive Penetration rather than Max Magicka. The 5-piece bonus now requires you to be in combat to proc (note that this will still work with successful sneak attacks).
