Rana is an Argonian lieutenant working for the Blackwood Company in Leyawiin. She is a skilled Nightblade that you will have to fight during the final quest for the Fighters Guild.

Rana spends almost all of her time wandering around the Blackwood Company Hall. The only exception to this is when she has a two-hour lunch at noon.

Rana may be equipped with a full set of leveled light armor (except shield), of which cuirass and boots are always of the best possible quality for your level. Rana will always wear a cuirass and boots, and has a 50% chance of also wearing greaves, gauntlets, and a helmet. Each piece may be enchanted, starting at a 20% chance from level 3, rising to 25% from level 7 and 30% from level 9. She also carries middle class pants, upper class shoes, and a middle class shirt, as well as a small amount of gold.

In combat she will use a leveled blade and, starting from level 5, also a leveled staff. The blade may be enchanted, starting at a 25% chance from level 3, rising to 40% at level 6 and 50% at level 9. Both weapons will always be of the best possible quality for your level. She also knows a leveled set of nightblade spells (always the strongest for her skill level), as well as one extra major Alteration spell.
