GetFactionReaction 

		GetFactionReaction, FactionID1, FactionID2

       Where:	FactionID1, FactionID2 = Factions to get the reaction adjustment for

	Type:	Faction, Console

     Returns:	short

     Example:	GetFactionReaction, "Thieves Guild", "Redoran"

     Scripts:

Returns the reaction adjustment for the two given factions. Can only be used in the console (unconfirmed)?
