Llandesa Samane is a Dunmer archer and the sister of Arvud's caravanserai operator, Shalaasa Samane. She is encountered during An Armun Roadblock, seeking assistance in clearing the road ahead.

Llandesa is unusual, as who she is appears to change based on your Luck stat. With less than 50, she will prove to be a bandit intent on robbing you. With more than 50, she will truly be the innocent traveler she claims to be, and reward you for your help. As Llandesa's sister runs the Lucky Shalaasa Caravanserai, it appears that both siblings are connected to Luck in some way.
