When you're editing, it's always a good idea to leave edit summaries to explain the changes you have made to a particular page, and remember to sign your talk page posts with four tildes ~~~~. Also, the "show preview" button is a great way to view the changes you've made so far without actually saving the page (our patrollers really appreciate it!).
Feel free to practice editing in the sandbox. If you would like to discuss the games or lore, consider checking out our blog, our Discord, or the forums. If you need any help, don't hesitate to contact one of our mentors. Lastly, thanks once again for joining the UESPWiki, and have fun! AKB Talk Cont Mail 17:46, 24 January 2024 (UTC)Cookie[edit]

Dialogue and ESOFiles[edit]
Hello, I have seen you have been adding alot of the new chapter dialogue to the chapter pages. From context it appears you are typing this out by hand. I'd like to suggest using ESOFiles to get the dialogue, you can search for dialogue and copy and paste.
- You can go to https://esofiles.uesp.net/
- Find the most recent update folder, in this case it is Update-42
- Download the lang.zip (it is a big file though)
- Once downloaded, extract the en.lang.csv file and view it. I like using Notepad + + for that.
This file contains all of the current text (dialogue and otherwise) in the game. You can then search for the dialogue you need and then copypaste which saves time.--Talyyn (talk) 01:30, 13 June 2024 (UTC)
- Thank you, I wasn't aware of that so I was indeed typing out the text. I'll see if I can locate the text I want from the file and copy it from there.--Gleaming Veil (talk) 16:40, 13 June 2024 (UTC)
