Ulvys Ules

Ulvys Ules is a Dark Elf Scribe who mans the foyer of the Andas Estate. As he bars the way to Tholer Andas, you must speak to him during a number of quests in order to gain access to the Hlaalu Councilor. Ulvys also has a few quests of his own for members of House Hlaalu, although in each case it seems that he is merely relaying the direct orders of his master.
