Cemaron

Cemaron is a Redguard Monk found in the Morning Sun Cornerclub within Hlan Oek. He is seeking to leave town discreetly after falling behind on debt repayments to the local Camonna Tong. Keen to avoid entanglements with Imperial officials as well as his loansharks, he will ask you to negotiate passage for him on a ship owned by Ceordo Sauvage. His intent is to leave Hlan Oek for Menevia, in High Rock.

The Camonna Tong are quite aware of Cemaron's status as a flight risk, with one member, Ulan Telvis, carrying instructions to kill Cemaron if he so much as moves suddenly towards a boat. Another, Almise Andrelo, will shake Cemaron down for payment before he can leave, and will need dealing with.

Once safely escorted to the Outrider, Ceordo's ship, Cemaron will leave town (and Morrowind) for good.
