It looks like there might be a bug in his AI package. I think he was supposed to visit Ghorza gra-Bagol at 10am and 4pm, and spend a fair bit of time in the Treasury House as well, but it looks like apart from a couple of quest-related things, he just stays in Understone Keep. – Robin Hood↝talk 06:27, 20 February 2012 (UTC)
