Official Description

Coinmaster introduces a dynamic system of property acquisition, passive income, guild dividends, and investment perks that turn your gold into real power. Partner with the enigmatic Tythis Andromo to build a financial empire stretching across the province—one storefront, guild deal, and Influence Point at a time.

Own and Manage Businesses

Invest in various stores and properties across Skyrim to earn a steady stream of income.

Consequences

Having a growing empire can lead to consequences. Travel with a lot of gold in your pockets and bandits will come for you - your employees can even get kidnapped for a ransom and it will be up to you to decide how you will resolve it. Will you pay the ransom or find the kidnappers' location and rescue the prisoner yourself?

Banking System

As you progress Coinmaster's main quest line, you will have access to special financial services. Deposit or withdraw gold in Markarth's Treasury House and earn interest while avoiding bandits trying to rob you!

Unlockable Perks

Special perks can be unlocked as your financial Empire progresses and grows. Influence Points (IP) are earned mainly by buying new properties and are the main way you can purchase Coinmaster Perks.

A lot of those perks can be acquired multiple times, most of them infinitely, and allow the players to optimize their income if they so wish.

Cross-Creation Interactions

The Creation might make reference to other Creations if you have them installed, e.g. East Empire Company Expansion. Stores added by other Creations and mods can be purchased using Coinmaster if they follow the same configuration as vanilla Skyrim.
