Redguard:Serpent Skeleton
The UESPWiki – Your source for The Elder Scrolls since 1995
The serpent skeleton is what remains of a large creature washed up to shore, presumably a sea serpent. It lies in a sandy beach area southwest of Saintsport. To the southeast is a shipwreck. The only items of interest are two pouches of gold and a third that can be dug up nearby with a shovel.
The serpent would have been a boss enemy in the Spine during the quest N'Gasta's Amulet. Since the serpent was cut, it may be possible that the skeleton was added by the developers as an internal reference.
Notes[edit]
- The skeleton's head is the most distinctive feature that matches the serpent model. Both have four horn-like protrusions. The skeleton's body becomes bigger in the middle, unlike the model.
- This location is the featured location for the section on digging up buried treasure in The Redguard Companion. However, no further details are provided about its background or the identity of the creature.
