I have removed the announcer category from this page and restored the needsimage tag. I have a distinct memory of this NPC appearing briefly as a yellow spirit similar to the other Rilises during vault-opening scene during the related quest. I have an unfulfilled image request pending since 2015 for a screenshot of this spirit. Has this been changed since? —⁠Legoless (talk) 15:19, 25 April 2023 (UTC)

I went ahead and confirmed in-game that the spirit doesn't appear. The subtitles refer to the announcer as "Rilis XII" though, so now I'm wondering who this "High Kinlord Rilis XII" NPC is. —⁠Legoless (talk) 15:40, 25 April 2023 (UTC)
