Worm Cult Acolytes are members of the Worm Cult found in the Blood Matron's Crypt. Lamae Bal has brought them to the crypt so that you may test your new powers on the followers of Molag Bal the Defiler, and you must kill 10 of them along with Worm Cult Enforcers and Worm Cultists.
