Wasp Queens are giant wasps found at hanging wasp nests. The only difference with regular Giant Wasps are their size, their color scheme and the "Inject Larva attack" as they both do the same damage.

Skills and Abilities[edit]

Giant Wasps Queens are considered flying creatures, and thus snares and roots will not work on them.

Bite
A basic melee attack that does minor physical damage.
Sting
A heavy melee attack that does moderate physical damage. This attack can be blocked to set the wasp off balance.
Charge
The wasp flies forward, doing moderate physical damage and knocking down all enemies as indicated by a red rectangle.
Inject Larva
The wasp lays some eggs on the player's back. After a while, one Young Wasp will appear. Usually, it will be hostile, but occasionally a friendly Young Wasp will appear instead and act as a follower. This spell can be interrupted to set the wasp off balance, but cannot be avoided. The friendly wasp will follow the player around and attack enemies for a few minutes or until it is killed.

Generic Wasp Queens[edit]

Generic, unnamed Wasp Queens can be encountered in various places across Tamriel, including delves, dungeons, and DLC content. These Wasp Queens have varying stats, namely health. Below is a list of Wasp Queens, categorized by location, difficulty and health.

Notes[edit]

  • Until a recent patch, all giant wasps could perform the Inject Larva ability, which is now reserved for queens.
