The Velyn Harbor Runner is a High Elf soldier who is used as a messenger sent by Lieutenant Ehran to notify Deepwoods of the combined Drublog and Ra Gada attack on Velyn Harbor.

Quest-Related Events[edit]
Lieutenant Ehran orders you to clear the landward gate of Drublog soldiers and to blow a horn to signal that its safe for the runner to proceed. While sprinting past you, she'll yell out:
- Velyn Harbor Runner: "I'm off to Deepwoods! Wish me luck!"
