The Watcher in the Walls: Turn the tables on the Daedra in the Imperial Arena.

Chasten: Uzzai shoots a blue orb at its target as a basic ranged attack, dealing frost magical damage.
Black Winter: Uzzai casts a spell that sends out three swarms of crawling spectral hands along the ground in three different directions in front of itself, indicated by moving red circles, dealing high frost damage and staggering its target. Blocking doesn't negate the stagger. Once Uzzai is casting the spell, it won't adjust its positioning, so standing behind or beside Uzzai avoids this ability.
Subjugation: Uzzai summons a pillar of cold fire beneath your feet, as indicated by a slowly growing red circular AoE, dealing high flame damage.
Cloaking Call: Uzzai occasionally disappears; when she does this, she summons and compels unwilling gladiators to fight, pitting them against you. These gladiators will apologize profusely as they attack you.

She speaks when she summons gladiators.
