The name of this hallowed site may refer to the arms of the ancient Argonian warriors buried here long ago, but it might just as well be due to the serried ranks of stalactites that stud the ceiling. No one alive knows the answer.

Entrance to the Tomb of Many Spears

The Tomb of Many Spears is a cave found in the far northwestern corner of Murkmire, located northeast of Dead-Water Village.

It serves as the burial place of Etra of the Many Spears, a legendary Naga warlord of the Dead-Water Tribe.

While originally only being a vault where he stored his war treasures, after a giant voriplasm intruded inside, Etra went in to defeat it, but was killed by the creature instead. The tomb then became a taboo and off-limit place for the tribe.
