Thibaut is a Breton in the city of Riften. You can find him permanently crouched in an alcove between Frostheart House and the inaccessible house behind Rethan Holdings. He has no unique dialogue. Thibaut can be pickpocketed, but due to the fact that he doesn't move and his protected position in the alcove, he's almost always aware of you, thus making it difficult to loot him.
