Ocando is a High Elf noble who can be found in The Arrowpoint Club in Vulkhel Guard.

Dialogue[edit]

He will occasionally converse with Yarmondur, mostly complaining about the Bosmer and Khajiit:

Ocando: "The stink. That's the worst part."

Yarmondur: "You know what, you're right. At first I thought those nasty little teeth were the worst part. But the smell! Ugh."

Ocando: "Comes of eating all that meat. What normal folk could stomach—ugh. What normal folk could stomach a meat drink?"

Yarmondur: "I say, did you see that Khajiit scum near the temple grounds? Disgusting, letting a mongrel near the house of Auri-El."

Ocando: "I quite agree. Too bad they put in the hunting ban. Our fathers had quite the time, eh?"

Yarmondur: "Just so! And well put, sir, well put."

Yarmondur: "Why would you ever go to that horrible little backwater?"

Ocando: "I'm telling you, the beasts of Shattered Grove come right up to you. Bears eat right out of your hand!"

Yarmondur: "Amazing. Can't wait to try out the blade Father gave me. Good Mathiisen steel against bear-flesh!"
