Nothrolion

Nothrolion is a Wood Elf laborer and member of the Falinesti Faithful found at their camp located at the Winter Site. You can find him not far from the campfire in a group with fellow Falinesti Faithful, Gorulbor and Rolalmoth. He cannot be spoken to.

Gorulbor : "Why would they have us mine? They're soldiers! Shouldn't they be doing the digging?"

Nothrolion : "If they were doing the mining, even more of us would've died, I think."

Rolalmoth : "Shouldn't they have been more ready, though? Or, could they have been?"

Gorulbor : "Did you see the trolls? They were white! I've never seen a white troll before!"

Rolalmoth : "It's a frost troll. I read about them in a book, once. They're from Skyrim."

Nothrolion : "Y'ffre's bones, what is a troll from Skyrim doing down there?"
