New Moon Cultists

New Moon Cultists are Khajiit and members of the Order of the New Moon. A group of them is found at Tideholm, where they can be seen rushing Sai Sahan's group, and you must pull a lever in order to activate the fire traps on the walls to kill them.

Another group can be seen at Dragonhold, where they are instructed by Joorahmaar to head to ritual sites located within the ruins.
