When you accept the quest from Holgunn One-Eye, you will need to find Lieutenant Slonn at Pinepeak Caverns where she's with the rest of the researchers:

"Be wary. This area is crawling with Worm Cultists. We learned that the hard way when they ambushed us down in the cavern.
Gods only know what they're doing down there, but we can't complete our mission."

Holgunn One-Eye sent me to check on you.
