Hrofgen is a Nord bard and professor of the Bards College who can be found beating a drum for the College's performance at the Bards College amphitheater in Solitude during the Salskap. He performs alongside Nimble Vadramea, Beaucourt Madach, and Thaezara.
He is the Professor of Percussion within the faculty.
