She will be fascinated with the Wood Elves before the completion of Seeds of Suspicion:

"You know, Wood Elf beliefs aren't so different from those in the Empire, once you get past the Green Pact. They worship Mara here too, as I do, just in a different form. It's fascinating to compare my stories with theirs."

"I still haven't adjusted to the high amount of meat the Wood Elves consume. Last night, I nearly offered to gather some fruit to share with them before I remembered their aversion to harvesting crops. I'll just have to wait for a windfall."

After completing Seeds of Suspicion, her dialogue will have changed:

"Go gently, visitor—this is a difficult time for Vashabar. Half the elves here are appalled at how easily King Nantharion fooled them. And the other half are hoping it all turns out to be a misunderstanding."
