The eight Clockwork Guardians located in the Clockwork City Vaults are friendly in nature, and have 15,000 health. They recognize Divayth Fyr, and allow you two to enter. They only appear if the area is accessed before completion of the Vvardenfell zone story.
With the story zone completed, destroyed Clockwork Guardians will be present instead, as you will have fought and destroyed them in the other version of this location during Divine Restoration. Divayth Fyr will also deliver a different line of dialogue depending on whether the factotums are intact or destroyed.
