Dialogue[edit]

When she is not involved in any quests, she has little appreciation for your interference in the town's affairs.

"Look, they don't need help from outsiders right now. My men can handle this.
These folks have enough trouble tending to their own. Don't need you getting sick too."

Quest-Related Events[edit]

Plague of Phaer[edit]

After starting the quest, she can be heard talking to Velatosse:

Captain Netanwe: "My men are here to ensure order, madam. You approved Hendil's contract yourself."
Velatosse: "When Hendil first proposed this, I had no idea things would get so bad."
Captain Netanwe: "And your security is my concern. Stay with your family. Keep them healthy."

Speak to her and she'll say:

"Look, they don't need help from outsiders right now. My men can handle this.
These folks have enough trouble tending to their own. Don't need you getting sick too."

The First Patient[edit]

Right after accepting the quest, her greeting will change.

"Still around? I'd have thought you'd have moved on by now."

If you told Velatosse not to kill Hendil, you'll have to talk to her again:

"Ah, you again. You look terrible. Something wrong?"
Well, it turns out there was no plague. Hendil was behind everything.
"What? What do you mean behind everything? He helped! He passed out that salve to everyone and … oh."
Right. The salve knocked people out. His son was a vampire.
"Lichloving bloodfiend! Stars damn that alchemist. I'll drag him to Skywatch myself, see him clapped in irons.
Where is he?"
I left him tied up down in the mine. Be careful, the villagers down there are dangerous.
"My men and I will go round him up. I can't believe we took a contract from a damned deathlover.
Thank you, traveler. Stars guide your steps."

If you exit out of the conversation before turning in the quest, she will alternatively say:

"You said you left him bound in the mine, right?"
Yes, you'll find him there. (Leads to quest completion dialogue)

She'll then walk into the catacombs.
