Atif is a Redguard commoner who can be found on the docks of Sentinel after you clear the Ra-Netu by defeating Salmaran. He fishes from a boat on the south side of the pier directly northeast of the Sentinel Docks map marker. He may also take a break or eat some bread, but he has no unique dialogue.
