Bed can be slept in

• His bed isn't owned (that is you get the not-red iconography for it) - strangely. So you could sleep there, I tried and did not get a popup (Xbox360 version played on Xbone (it's as a legacy 360 game)).
  • Circumstances (Oblivion version: 1.2.1 from video menu (which only has a brightness slider taken from title screen)
    • I am an associate of the mages' guild - I have one recommendation (for the fingers of the mountain quest)
    • I may wait inside the house

I like this wiki (it annoys me when that fan wiki thing is first result) - and it has a lot of useful information. I wont make the edit as I imagine you'll categorise it correctly or something.

I also have a question if I may (I'm here) - I'm using Oblivion:The Marie Elena as a base (Captain whatever's "Booty chest" doesn't reset) - or at least I really hope it doesn't) - but I've not done the Dark Brotherhood stuff. Would going through the Dark Brotherhood cause the chest to be "re-spawned" with stuff (that is when it instantiates the captain and that for the quest will it wipe my chest to set the quest up?) - it'd be useful information.
