Niraegaer

Niraegaer is a Wood Elf assassin who is hiding out with his partners in crime in Hrota Cave, just north of Anvil.

Niraegaer wears a dark green shirt with a set of leveled light armor. He also carries laced leather pants and a pair of stitched leather shoes as well as a small amount of gold.

He is armed with a leveled bow (always best possible quality for his level) and leveled and iron arrows. His bow may be enchanted, starting at 25% chance from level 3, rising to 40% at level 6 and 50% from level 9. His arrows may also be enchanted, starting at 25% chance from level 4, rising to 29% from level 9.

Niraegaer waits in the largest chamber of Hrota Cave all day and night, without sleeping or eating. He will attack on sight without explanation, and will accept no yield. Defeating him is necessary to advance the quest Den of Thieves for the Fighters Guild.
