Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Ra'Virr at his shop in Balmora about his message to Tsiya.
2. Talk to Tsiya about the message to Tsiya.
3. Return to Ra'Virr.

10		Ra'virr in Balmora gave me a devil amulet along with a letter to deliver to Tsiya who is also in Balmora.
30		I tried to deliver the letter to Tsiya but she declined because she cannot read. I should return to Ra'virr.
50		I delivered the amulet and letter to Tsiya. She did not write a letter in return. I should report back to Ra'virr.
100	Finishes quest	I told Ra'virr what Tsiya said, and he seemed very pleased.
110	Finishes quest	I told Ra'virr that Tsiya declined.
