The Ring of Surroundings is an uncommon ring received from Larrius Varro at Moonmoth Legion Fort as a reward for taking care of some bad people in Balmora. See the Larrius Varro Tells a Little Story quest for more information.

This ring can also be found at the Dren Plantation: in a small locked chest in the Tower Shack (which is near the slaves' shacks).

Despite being listed in Famed Artifacts of Tamriel, it cannot be sold to the Museum Of Artifacts.
