Empress Herda was an Empress of Cyrodiil. She ruled the Alessian Empire at some point in the First Era before the Thrassian Plague. She is accredited with improving relations with the Colovian West, ruling after the dissolution of the Alessian Reform and before Valenwood fell to the Second Empire in 1E 2714.[1]
