Weikal Urenim

Weikal Urenim is a Dark Elf spellsword and Wizard of House Telvanni located in the upper tower of Tel Thenim in Port Telvannis. He is obstructing naval supplies for Firewatch, and if you are a member of the Imperial Legion, you will be ordered to arrest him.

He wears an expensive robe. Aside from his natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by his ancestors, he knows the following spells: Poisonbloom, Rapid Regenerate, and Shockbloom. He also can cast a unique scripted spell during combat called Weikal's Baleful Recall, which can teleport you to Girithammu Grotto.
