1. Talk to Azarien Ulimal at the Plaza in Almas Thirr about top secret recipe.
2. Take the message to Llaryno Savel on the western side of town.
3. Or show the message to an Ordinator.

10		I met a pushy priest in the Almas Thirr plaza who asked me to deliver his 'top secret recipe' to his friend Llaryno Savel on the western side of town and for me not to open the sealed recipe. Why he cannot simply give it to Llaryno Savel himself he never said, but it seemed to be important.
20		Azarien's request seemed particularly strange so I have reported him and his secret recipe to the Ordinators. They didn't see anything out of the ordinary, but unfortunately the seal was too badly damaged to be put back. I doubt Llaryno Savel will be happy.
