Quick Walkthrough

1. Talk to Harald Swift-Oak about best clerk, who was last seen walking into the sewers with the important scroll
2. Discover the clerk's name by asking around in the Imperial Census Office and find him at Sewers:East
3. Make a deal with the clerk: Give him a bottle of Flin and get the scroll instead
4. Get back to Harald Swift-Oak and receive your reward

10		Harald Swift-Oak at the Imperial Census Office told me about one of his clerks going mad and venturing into the sewers on the east side of town. I have been tasked with returning an important scroll he had with him when he left.
20		The clerk's name is Nagheen.
30		I found the clerk in the sewers, quite sane. He told me he would return the scroll for a bottle of flin.
40		I returned with the flin and Nagheen gave me the scroll.
50	Finishes quest	I returned to Harald with the scroll. He gave me his old enchanted glove.
