Quick Walkthrough

1. Speak to Varos in Romayon, Library (accessible via Anbarsud) about under attack.
2. Kill all invaders in Romayon and Ald Virak.
3. Return to Varos.

Detailed Walkthrough

At the conclusion of The Propylon Index, Orlukh gro-Othmog requested that you bring the Khalaan Propylon Index to the vampire ancient, Varos, in the Romayon Library. Romayon is accessible via the Anbarsud: Forge area. Speaking to Varos reveals that Hlaalu soldiers have entered Ald Virak, the old Velothi tower that stands above Romayon. Varos requests that you wipe them out, so that no reports of vampires make it back to House Hlaalu.

You'll find the first soldier on leaving the library. Kill him, and then remove the remaining soldiers from the Propylon Chamber, Romayon, Vault and Ald Virak, Tower. Return to Varos for a reward - the Orlukh Amulet. This is an amulet that will allow teleportation to Anbarsud on use. Varos will then tell you to speak to Orlukh, who may have more orders for you.
