Inera Ilneram

Inera Ilneram is a Dark Elf sorceress and Wizard of House Telvanni, who can be found in Ilneram Manor in Port Telvannis. Inera, her son Nevus, and Nevus' teacher Rantela Irenam are arch-rivals of Tinera Odrethi and her husband Varrac. If you are a member of House Telvanni, she will task you with enacting her revenge on the Odrethis for the death of Rantela's spy, Redram Oran, by planting fake evidence of Imperial espionage on the Odrethis' slave, Oka-Tei.

She wears an expensive robe, a pair of expensive shoes, an amulet of Spell Absorption, and her ring of Shaming Silence. She wields a glass stormblade, and carries two Exclusive Restore Magicka potions, an Exclusive Restore Health potion, an Exclusive Invisibility potion, a potion of Cure Paralyzation, an emerald, and 100 leveled gold.

In the entryway of her manor, there's a locked small chest (50) with leveled gems on the bookshelf. In the lower bedroom, there's a dresser and a chest with extravagant and exquisite clothing, as well as an extravagant amulet and 45 gold on top of the dresser.

I have written a poorly encrypted message in a known Imperial cipher that details some of House Telvanni's plans; you are to plant this message on the Odrethi slave after placing it under a command spell."
