Dolmse Andala

Dolmse Andala is a Dark Elf therionaut who runs one of the two river strider services in Port Telvannis. For a small fee, she will transport you to Llothanis or Tel Ouada.

She wears an expensive shirt, skirt, and pair of shoes. She wields an iron dagger, and carries 125 gold and a goblet. Aside from her natural resistance to fire and the sanctuary provided by her ancestors, she knows no spells.
