"House" status

To my knowledge, the only buildings labeled as houses are those that can be owned by the player. I would assume that this cell does not fall into that category, unless someone is willing to explain? If the barracks are considered safe storage, the article could stand to have an explanation on it. --Theothersteve7 19:17, 20 February 2012 (UTC)
