Hired thugs appear after this quest.

Two out of two playthroughs now, 3 hired thugs appear shortly after defeating and looting the bandits at Traitor’s Post while on the Missing Merchant quest. They then proceed on foot towards Windhelm. Perhaps this is triggered specifically by the quest? Richardude (talk) 10:43, 14 January 2021 (UTC)

Hired Thugs appear due to two radiant quests. There may be something that triggers either of these during this quest but I doubt it's guaranteed. —⁠Legoless (talk) 11:46, 14 January 2021 (UTC)
