Voice of the Emperor is a Greater Power possessed by all Imperials, which allows them once a day to cast a powerful Pacify effect on all NPC targets within a 75 ft radius.

Notes

• This is by far the most powerful Pacify effect available, as it will work against enemies up to level 99, which is higher than any other found in the game. However, unlike the Pacify spells, it only affects NPC targets, not creatures. It will, however, work on vampires without having the Master of the Mind perk.
