Zone[edit]

So I saw that the zone has been changed to Alik'r Desert based on where the map marker is. I had also contemplated that, but then I saw that when you're in the house and open the map, then not only the map, but also the zone guide of Bangkorai is displayed. What should take precendence in such a case? --Vordur Steel-Hammer (TINV1K) 11:09, 1 May 2024 (UTC)

I came here to pose this exact question after noticing the map in-game. Personally I think the preference should lie with the map marker, but I don't know if we've faced a situation like this before? —Legoless (talk) 10:48, 3 May 2024 (UTC)
Hm, I don't think so. So far the only house located between two zones with entrances from both has been Sweetwater Cascades, and there the map and the marker are in the same zone. --Vordur Steel-Hammer (TINV1K) 22:00, 23 May 2024 (UTC)
This is why zone2 exists. As for which one takes precedence, I would go for the map marker. --Enodoc (talk) 20:10, 24 May 2024 (UTC)
Doesn't work well with subzones, though. There is no way to add a secondary subzone, and furthermore, primary zone, primary subzone, and secondary zone all show up in one line separated by commas. Maybe we could adapt the template so that it would have also subzone2 available, and the secondary zone and subzone would be displayed in a new line below the primary zone and subzone? --Vordur Steel-Hammer (TINV1K) 22:40, 25 May 2024 (UTC)
