Uzur the All-Seeing

Uzur the All-Seeing is a Watcher who can be found inside of The Disquiet Study. He has a rare chance to drop the antiquity lead of the Ancestor Samite Stole fragment for the Cryptcanon Vestments.

Skills and Abilities

As an elite enemy, Uzur the All-Seeing is immune to all forms of crowd control effects.

Gaze

Uzur shoots a beam from its eye directly at its target as a basic ranged attack, dealing moderate magic damage.

Tentacle Whip

Uzur swiftly spins around and releases a burst of magic, as indicated by a large red circle, dealing moderate magic damage, knocking back and snaring all targets in the affected area. Blocking prevents the knockback but not the snare.

Tentacle Rush

Almost the same as "Tentacle Whip", but the area is slightly smaller, it deals high physical damage instead and Uzur dashes in a line while doing this attack.

Doom-Truth's Gaze

Uzur shoots five green beams from its eye. They all start in front of Uzur and disperse in straight lines but here is no indicator for these. Getting hit by a beam deals moderate magic damage and stuns. Blocking negates the stun.

Steal Knowledge

At 76% and 40% Health, Uzur shoots one of the books on the four podiums around the arena. This grants it a large Damage Shield and each time is summoned a weaker version of either a Frost Atronach, an Imperfect Colossus, a Voidmother or a Wraith of Crows to fight you, and only once each.

Tome Tornado

At 80% and 33% Health books periodically rain from the shelves to you, dealing low physical damage in an small area each (Incunabular Debris). Also at 80% two Incunabular Storms scour the arena while at 33% two others are summoned. This might take a few seconds before appearing because Uzur has to do a "Tentacle Whip" attack to summon them.

Dialogue

When you start attacking, he will cry out.

Uzur the All-Seeing: "You dare try to steal knowledge from me!"

Uzur the All-Seeing: "I will consume every word of your story."

Uzur the All-Seeing: "Not one of these tomes will escape my grasp."

Throughout the fight, he'll buff himself with the books on the podiums by stealing their knowledge:

Uzur the All-Seeing: "This knowledge shields me from your feeble attacks."

Uzur the All-Seeing: "From this ink I draw my strength."

Uzur the All-Seeing: "These pages reveal your doom."

Upon defeat, he will say one of the following:

Uzur the All-Seeing: "Now my chapter ends."

Uzur the All-Seeing: "To ink I return."
