Nelos Otheri is the Archmagister of the Great House Telvanni. He can be found at the Magister's Retreat inside the tower of Tel Naga in Sadrith Mora, but only during The Magister Makes a Move. His Mouth, who represents him on the Telvanni Council, is Angharal Suth.
