Kussuz

Kussuz is a Khajiit assassin who can be found in the outlaws refuge beneath Sunport. He will periodically wander into Swine's Marketplace and take a look at the shelves.

He bemoans the current job market on the island:

"Murder for hire is not as profitable as it once was. Too many amateurs running around Solstice, killing troublemakers for free. What is a professional assassin to do?"

"Kussuz wonders why no one has hired him to help with this Worm Cult problem. He would be only too happy to kill a necromancer or two. But he does not work for free. There is no profit in charity."
