The Guardian Atronach is an iron atronach encountered in the Crystal Tower's artefact vault.
Upon getting closer Sapiarch Nolyemal's refuge, she screams at you to stay away. Afterward, the doors close shut and the atronach explodes into the room, standing guard. It must be defeated in order for the door to reopen, so you can speak to Nolyemal and find a way to progress.
