Deep Winter Charity Writs New Life Festival themed crafting writs that require players to create some furnishings or provisions on behalf of the communities in coldest parts of Tamriel. It can be used or sold to other players. Consuming it begins the quest A Charitable Contribution.

Obtaining Writs

Deep Winter Charity Writs are obtained by opening New Life Festival Boxes.

Crafting

When you open a writ, the following message is displayed:

"We're sending food and emergency supplies to people living in the coldest reaches of Skyrim, and could use your help.
And, of course, your discretion. I don't arrange these things for my reputation." — R. H.

Reward

Upon completion of a writ, you will be rewarded with Inspiration, the allotted number of writ vouchers, and a Skaal Explorer's Bundle that can be opened to reveal a Skaal Explorer Style Page which can be used or traded to others.

When you turn in the quest, the following message is displayed:

<The crate contains ample space for deliveries, and a sheaf of manifest papers.>
