Captain Melisi is a Dark Elf member of the Necrom Fighters Guild and will appear if you choose to convince the miners to continue working with the Consortium after the events of Underwritten.
Dialogue[edit]
After completing Underwritten, she will be coordinating with the miners on how to clear out Anchre Mine:
- "It sounds like you aided these people in the past, yes? Well no matter now. This is a military operation. As you were, outsider."
